Grand Master Trân Triêu Quân
ITF (yang berpengkalan di Amerika Syarikat) sedang berkabung atas kehilangan presidennya Grand Master Trân Triêu Quân. GM Trân adalah salah seorang peneraju awal seni taekwon-do di bawah pengasas General Choi Hong Hi dan yang berbakti dalam perkembangan taekwon-do tradisional.

The Trân family will be available to receive condolences at the Centre funéraire du Plateau, 693 Nérée-Tremblay Avenue, Québec, G1N 4R8, on Friday, February 19, from 17h00 pm to 21h00, and on Saturday, February, 20, from 9h00 to 12h00 and from 13h30 to 15h00. On Saturday, a Buddhist religious service will be held at 12h00 and a closing ceremony will take place at 15h00. Another ceremony aiming to honour GM Trân Triêu Quân will be held on Sunday, March 21st, 2010.
It is with great sadness that the ITF inform you all of the tragic death of our President Grand Master TrânTriêu Quân, 9th Degree Black Belt, following the recent earthquake in Haiti. We have just received information from the Trân family regarding the discovery of Grand Master Trân from the rubble of the Hotel Montana in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
